Applications get you in the pile. Outreach gets you read.
Track the recruiter and hiring manager for every company you apply to, draft the email with AI, approve it yourself, and let timed follow-ups run until a reply lands.
A sequence, halting on reply
A contacts CRM scoped to your search: source, consent basis, and a do-not-contact gate on every person before any email can be drafted.
Multi-step follow-ups over days or weeks through your own Gmail, Microsoft 365, or SMTP account. The moment someone answers, the sequence halts.
AI drafts, you edit and approve. A type-to-confirm gate stands in front of every outbound message, and every send lands in the audit log.
Lives in your workspace as Contacts, Email Studio, and Sequences.
How it works
- 1Add the contact and the consent basis
For each company you apply to, log the recruiter or hiring manager with where you found them and why it is fair to reach out. The do-not-contact gate checks first.
- 2Connect your own mailbox
Send through your Gmail, Microsoft 365, or any SMTP account over OAuth. Mail comes from you, not a shared sending domain.
- 3Draft, edit, approve
AI writes a first email grounded in the role and your fit. You edit it, then a type-to-confirm gate stands between you and an accidental send.
- 4Let the sequence run, or review each step
Review every follow-up by hand, or run Autopilot inside your daily caps. A reply stops the whole sequence on its own, and every send writes an audit row.
Questions, answered.
Does it message people without my approval?+
Only if you turn on Autopilot, and only inside the caps and suppression rules you set. In review mode, nothing leaves without your explicit approval on each send.
What stops the follow-ups?+
A reply. The moment someone answers, the sequence halts automatically. You can also stop or edit any sequence by hand at any time.
Whose email address does it send from?+
Yours. You connect Gmail or Microsoft 365 with OAuth, or any mailbox over SMTP. There is no shared sending domain and no third-party signature.
How do you handle consent?+
Every contact carries a source and a consent basis, and a do-not-contact flag blocks drafting before it starts. The consent record sits on the contact and in the audit log.
Is this LinkedIn automation?+
No. Recruiter Outreach is email only, through your own mailbox. LinkedIn automation is a separate capability with its own risks, covered on the Safety page.
