Apply to ten times the jobs. Review each one in seconds.
Applying finds the roles that fit, tailors your resume and answers for each one, and lines everything up in a review queue. You approve, it tracks, you interview.
Review-gated by design. Blind-submit bots get people rejected; this does not.

Run the search on autopilot. Skip the burnout.
Hours of searching and form-filling become minutes of review, so your energy goes into interviews instead of applications.
Saved searches keep pulling fresh postings in. Strong matches arrive as ready-to-review packages instead of empty forms.
Every posting is scored against your profile before any AI money is spent. Weak fits are filtered out with the reason recorded.
Submitted, screened, interviewing, offer: one pipeline. Replies and follow-ups land on the same record as the application.
Volume caps per day, block lists for companies, and a review gate in front of every single submission. Your name only goes where you said yes.
How Auto Apply works
Five steps. The first two are yours, the next two are automatic, the last one is one click.
- 1Upload your resume and profile
Import a PDF or DOCX, set your titles, locations, salary floor, and work authorization. This profile drives everything downstream.
- 2Set your job criteria
Pick the roles, seniority, and companies to target or avoid. Saved searches keep pulling fresh postings in from your boards, CSV exports, and RSS feeds.
- 3Let the AI scan and match
Every imported job gets a fit score against your real profile, with the reasoning written out. Weak matches never waste your time or your money.
- 4Packages build themselves
For each strong match the AI tailors your resume, writes the cover letter, and fills the screening answers from your answer bank. A truthfulness check blocks anything you never did.
- 5You review, approve, track
Each application waits in a review queue. One look, one click, submitted and logged. Replies, interviews, and offers tracked in the same pipeline.
Why review-gated volume wins
Auto Apply, answered
How does Auto Apply work?+
You define the search once: titles, locations, salary, and boards. Applying imports matching postings, scores each one against your profile, and builds a complete application package for the strong ones. Every package waits for your approval before anything is submitted.
Does it apply without me seeing the application?+
No. Every application is staged for review first. That is deliberate: tools that submit blind are the ones with one-star reviews and fabricated answers. You see the tailored resume, the cover letter, and every answer before it goes anywhere.
Will my resume look AI-generated?+
The tailoring only reorders and rephrases your real experience to match the role. A truthfulness pass compares every claim against your base resume and blocks anything new. No invented metrics, no skills you do not have.
How much time does it save?+
A tailored application by hand takes 20 to 40 minutes. With packages built for you, review takes one or two. People running 50 applications a week get their evenings back.
Can I exclude companies?+
Yes. Block lists remove specific companies (your current employer, for example) from matching, and excluded companies never appear in your queue.
What about screening questions?+
Your answer bank stores every question you have answered once. Repeat questions reuse your approved answer. New ones get an AI draft you confirm. Sensitive ones, like work authorization and salary, always require your explicit review.
Which job boards does it cover?+
Today: paste any posting, import CSV exports from any board, and subscribe to RSS feeds. Direct ATS feeds (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and a multi-board scanner are next on the roadmap.
Does it message recruiters too?+
That is the Recruiter Outreach tool, included in the same workspace. After you apply, it reaches the actual hiring team with sequenced emails that stop on reply. You set the policy: review every send, or turn on Autopilot and emails go out fully automatically inside your daily caps, suppression list, and consent rules. Job board submissions are separate and always wait in your review queue.
What does the match score mean?+
A 0 to 100 fit estimate between the posting and your profile: skills, seniority, location, salary band, and authorization. The reasoning is stored with the score so you can always see why.
Is my data safe?+
Your workspace is tenant-isolated, every action is audit-logged, and you can export or delete everything in one click from the Compliance Center.
